Return Policy

Shopping Nirvana offers a 7 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:

Return Requirements
- All items must be unused and in saleable condition.
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
- All items shipped back to us must have a Return Authorization number to be accepted by our receiving department.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

We only accept one time exchange. No allow return again after we ship out the exchange to you.
Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
We take extreme care to insure your order arrives safely.
However, because of the delicate nature of many of our products there may be occasions when goods are damaged during the shipping process.
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items.
If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Please notify Shopping Nirvana Customer Service of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 5 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Shopping Nirvana to file a damage claim.
Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product..
Non-Damaged/Defective, Unopened Merchandise
should be returned within 7 days of Receipt of the Item.
Shipment Refusals

All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee or more. Please note once an order has been processed it can not be modified or cancelled. If the shipment is refused a restocking fee will apply.
The shipping fees are not refundable.

Apparel Return Policy

All apparel items should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Dresses will only be accepted in their original conditions and should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags still attached.
Customers are required to provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

1. Size Errors:
- A tailoring service is provided to all our customers and all shipping expenses will be reimbursed. A dress modification is done in 7 working days.

- Please note: all color and/or size errors made by the customer during purchase will not be eligible for refund. Our free tailoring service will still be available in this case and customers will only be required to pay for the shipping fees.

2. Color Errors:
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the color of the dress received is not the same as the one that was ordered. This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.

3. Order Cancellation:
- A full refund will be given to all dress orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase. - A 50% partial refund will be given to all dress orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation. - Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost. - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. - If you would like to cancel your order, please click here to proceed.

When you receive an email from ShoppingNirvana.com titled “Shopping Nirvana: New Order #_______ ”, your payment has been confirmed.



Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise

We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.


How to return a product

Our Easy-Return procedure is fast and easy.

1. Please email us at returns at shoppingnirvana.com, contact us via Live Chat or call us at 1-650-741-1469.

* Your name
* Item(s) returning

2. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and address to return items.

3. When we receive your item(s) your account will be credited within 1-2 business days! It couldn't be easier!

Please note: All items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a refund.
All return and exchange items are subject to inspection to ensure that the items are in their original and new condition and that defective/damaged items are not the result of misuse or unauthorized alterations.
No refund will be given for damaged items due to poor packaging.
