A: Choose the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" button and
on the shopping cart page click on the green "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Shortly after your online payment through Paypal or Google Checkout
you will receive an order confirmation email from us with your order and shipping details.
- Q: Do I need to register for shopping online on ShoppingNirvana.com?

A: No, you are not required to register although, if you do, it will help you to better track and
manage your orders and will help us to communicate with you in future.
Registration will allow you to easily edit your personal information such as shipping address
and email and to track and edit the status of your order.
- Q: How do I know that my order has been shipped?

A: We send you confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
You can also track your order status online by logging into My Account.

- Q: What is a Wish List?

A: The Wish List page contains items that you have selected for future purchases or
as a result of being "sold out" or "not in stock.
To add an item to your "Wish List" page simply click on the "add to Wish list" link/button.
- Q: What is an online Shopping Cart and how does Checkout work?

A: Your online shopping cart behaves just like a shopping cart in a physical store.
You can add or remove items from it at anytime prior to completing a sale.
You can add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the title
you wish to select. Adding an item to your cart will take you to your
"Cart Contents"/"Shopping Cart" page, where you can make adjustments to the quantity of
each item, remove items, and calculate the shipping costs you would indur if you complete
the purchase.
To remove an item from your cart, simply check the box next to the appropriate title and click the "Update Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of your cart contents list. To change the quantity of each title you wish to order, enter a new number in the quantity field and click "Update Shopping Cart."

If you have an account and are logged on, your cart items will remain listed in your shopping cart until you remove them. However, they will not be reserved for you until you check out.

A: The Compare feature allows you to compare similar products within a store across their various
attributes like specifications, usage, features, prices etc.
This will provide you with useful information on products before you purchase an Item.

A: Your items will leave our warehouse in Hong Kong within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders placed on weekends will ship on the next business day.
Orders purchased with a Check or Money Order will ship the day we receive payment.

A: Our products are shipped using Hong Kong Post Air Parcel Service, TNT, UPS, DHL and
Fedex.

A: It will take from 3 to 5 business days to deliver to most areas worldwide depending on
the shipping carrier chosen and on when your package ships from our warehouse.
Generally, this will add 1-2 business days to the delivery date estimates.
When we ship your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a link and
order number that you can use to track your order.

A: Yes we can ship to any country in the world.

A: Yes. You can choose either regular or an expedited priority service for an additional

A: Your order passes through 3 steps before it can shipped:
a) Processing: This is the default status for your order and it'll show as soon as an order is placed.
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway.
We are ready with the product and the order will be shipped shortly.
c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not able to deliver the goods ordered.
- Q: What if I want to return or exchange a product?
