2. International Shipping:     a. Shopping Nirvana gladly accepts orders from all around the globe.
    Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

    b. Shipping Rates and Times By Geographical Region
    When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

     c. Limitations
    For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Shopping Nirvana, the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

    d. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
3. When To Expect Your Order:     a. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.
    We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
    For example, if you order an item that is listed as "Usually ships in 2-3 days" and select HK Post Air Parcel Express Shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

     b. International customers
    When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
4. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?:     Orders that are fulfilled by Shopping Nirvana will all have tracking information available in Your Account.
    Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

    a. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
    b. If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
    c. If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers:     We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address.
    Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes.
    It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select Free Shipping, we may use HK Post Air Parcel Express or DHL Global Express as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

    Shipping to a P.O. box:
    Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

    Signature Requirements:
    Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.
