Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of all products ordered via ShoppingNirvana.com is done from Shopping Nirvana LLC warehouse in Hong Kong. Shopping Nirvana LLC uses various courier companies and customs agencies for US and international deliveries. Shopping Nirvana LLC is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Hong Kong Post Air Parcel service is $29.00 or free depending on order total, which can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier via TNT, UPS, DHL or Fedex which can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes apply once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.

Back Order items

Please feel free to order products indicated as "Back Ordered", but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order

Out of Stock items

Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically cancelled.

Payment

Payment of all items purchased via ShoppingNirvana.com is by credit/debit card through Paypal and Google Checkout or by Check/Money Order. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address.

Return Policy

Products All products purchased via ShoppingNirvana.com Online store can be returned to Shopping Nirvana within 30 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. If the product purchased from ShoppingNirvana.com Online Store received is DOA (Dead on Arrival)*, a replacement would be sent. ShoppingNirvana.com Online Store policy notes replacement for a DOA product is subject to availability. *DOA-must be determined by an Shopping Nirvana Customer Care rep. Please express your intentions by contacting Shopping Nirvana Customer Service via email at returns@shoppingnirvana.com or via phone at 206-274-9431. All products being returned must be in resalable condition and include all materials that shipped with the product. If an item or accessory is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item. If Shopping Nirvana does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund RMA number was given, we will not be able to process your refund request.
